Today I cooked a cheesecake with pears. It seems to me that pears are perfectly combined with curd filling and fill the cheesecake with excellent flavor.

A little cinnamon give the cheesecake a richer and more spicy taste. Enjoy!

<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
Flour 200 g
Butter 100 g
3 eggs
Sugar 5 tablespoons
Sour cream 350 g
Pears 1 piece
Salt pinch
Cottage cheese 200 g

<p><br></p>
Mix eggs with a spoonful of sugar, add butter, a tablespoon of sour cream, salt and flour. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Put the dough in a greased form. Pear cut in half and remove the core.

Cottage cheese mix with sour cream. Mix eggs with sugar and add to cottage cheese. Put the curd filling on the dough and add the pears.

Bake cheesecake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Cheesecake sprinkled with cinnamon.
