<p><center>Milk chocolate - 110 g</center></p>
<p><center>Milk - 2 cups</center></p>
<p><center>Water - 2 cups</center></p>
<p><center>Ground ginger - 2 tsp.</center></p>
<p><center>Honey - 3 tbsp. l.</center></p>
<p><center>Salt - to taste</center></p>
<p><center><strong>PREPARATION:</strong></center></p>
<p><center>In a small saucepan, place all the ingredients and put on a small fire.</center></p>
<p><center>Cook, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is completely dissolved. Stir until smooth.</center></p>
<p><center>Pour chocolate into cups and serve.</center></p>

I was fascinated with GINGER when I first discovered it - and this is no stretch!  I was in a Chinese restaurant, and at the end of the meal they served a delicious vanilla ice cream with a ginger topping.

It was my birthday, and my wonderful dad (who was often surprising me) came up with this unique treat !  Thank you dad.  Btw, have any of you tried Ginger Ice Cream recipe?  You can just google "vanilla ice cream with candied ginger" and the recipe is at the top.  It uses fresh gingerroot .

It is true that Ginger has some inspired medicinal properties ..once when I had an awful tummy ache, my boyfriend gave me some raw ginger in a drink & this cured my issue.
