My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2019
本月新加入的兄弟姐妹还是比较多的，为了让大家“新老结合”气氛营造，把今天的班前会时间缩短，大家一起做个小游戏“最高的建筑”，给大家分成了三组，每组三张报纸和一卷胶带，然后动手动脑，来自由搭建，最高的获胜。[

今天上线在三楼协助，班中303房间的一位男客人由于饮酒较多，把套卫洗手台上吐了很多呕吐物，这时房间里另一位男士说：“不好意思，兄弟我这朋友今天心情不好喝的多了把你们房间弄脏了，帮忙收拾一下。”正好我和孙豪兄弟就在，我赶忙说：“没事哥，马上处理。”说着我和孙豪就去中转站拿刮刀和灰斗去处理，我正准备让孙豪拿一杯温开水和纸送过去，他也马上说到了这一点便对他竖起了大拇指。是的，我们的服务意识就是应该考虑到客人现在需要什么，而我们能为他们做些什么，这才是服务的根本，很多时候可能客人还没有开口我们就已经安排到了，这样的服务质量能没有回头客吗？！

进入教室黑板上很醒目的写到“沟通 理解 信任 包容 支持”这些字也说明了家长们要多和孩子在一起互动，以及教育时遇到问题的解决方法。通过老师们的讲述中间也有互动问答，其中一点说到：“不要让5+2=0”！意思是说一周有5天在学校老师会帮助孩子改掉一些“不良习惯”，然后孩子过个周末两天再来学校本来改过来的“不良习惯”又重复出现！所以家长们平时的行为习惯或者不管不顾教育孩子，这点是最为影响的。
