I know maybe this letter
is too late,
And I know by now
you've run away,
But please don't leave me 
now,
Please don't give into 
your doubts.

And though you might feel
twisted around,
And though your fears took you 
from your own house,
Please promise you'll 
keep safe,
Even though you left for 
space.

No one knows where you are,
And you've broken our hearts,
Don't you see what you're doing?
We are hopelessly looking, but 
never seeing.


Why are you hiding?
Do you think how it feels
to be reminded?
You think that you are burden
yo us,
But knowing you're not there 
leaves us all crushed.

You are the one we stand by,
But you have reached 
unpredictable heights,
We have lost all of our time,
Searching to save your life.


And we sleep with our 
eyes awake,
Waiting for when we can 
see your face,
And you left us standing
back,
Walking along your old
tracks.

Please come home.
