Estoy en la onda de preparar comida saludable y fácil de hacer. Hoy les comparto mi rico almuerzo. Espeto les guste.

Ingredientes:
 - 1/2 Calabacín
 - 1/2 Zanahoria
 - 4 Hojas de Espinacas
 - 3 Cucharadas de Aceite
 - 4 Dientes de ajo
 - 1/4 Pimentón rojo
 - 1 Ramita de Célery 
- 3 Cucharadas de Salsa Inglesa
 - Sal y pimienta al gusto.

Lavamos y picamos todos los vegetales en forma de julianas.

En un sartén colocamos el aceite y todos los vegetales menos las hojas de espinacas. Freímos por 4 minutos aproximadamente.

Al cabo de unos minutos agregamos las hojas de espinacas y revolvemos.

Añadimos la salsa inglesa. Apagamos y servimos.

Servimos el almuerzo completo, hoy acompañé con arroz blanco y un huevo frito. Los vegetales salteados son una manera deliciosa de comerlos.  Puede agregar salsa de soya o jengibre. Una delicia de sabores! **BUEN PROVECHO!**

Aqui en #Lara le decimos vegetales salteados, a mi en particular me encantan, van con cualquier proteína a demás de saludable son deliciosos, les coloca también , berenjena, vainitas, brotes y todo vegetal que tenga a la mano, gracias por compartir en detalle tu receta amiga.

Hola yo también les digo vegetales salteados y en efecto se le puede agregar todos los vegetales que se quieran. Son una delicia con pollo o camarones, muchas posibilidades para variar y comer divinamente. Gracias y saludos @juliosnz
