ကြၽန္ေတာ္ေဒါသအေၾကာင္းေရးဖို႔စိတ္ကူးမိေတာ့ လူေတြစိတ္ဝင္စားပါ့မလားလို႔ေတြးမိေသးတယ္။ လူတိုင္းေဒါသထြက္တတ္ေတာ့ ေဒါသအေၾကာင္း တကူးတက သိစရာမလိုဘူးလို႔လဲေတြးမိမွာပါ။ 
၂၄ ပစၥည္းမွာ ပထမဦးဆံုးပစၥည္းက ေဟတုပစၥယ ၊ေဟတုပစၥေယာ မွာ ဟိတ္ေျခာက္ပါး႐ွိပါတယ္။ ဒီထဲမွာေလာဘ၊ေဒါသ၊ေမာဟ၊အေလာဘ၊အေဒါသ၊အေမာဟဆိုၿပီး႐ွိရာမွာ ေဒါသေစတသိက္က အေရးအပါဆံုးပါ၊ လူေတြဘာေၾကာင့္ေဒါသထြက္ၾကတာလည္း ဆိုေ တာ့ မေက်နပ္လို႔ေပါ့ေနာ္၊ ကိုယ့္ကိုေစာ္ကားလို႔ ကိုယ္႔အတြက္မရလို႔ စတဲ့အတၱကိုအေျခခံၿပီး ထြက္ တဲ့ေဒါသေတြ႐ွိသလို ကိုယ့္ေရွ့မွာမတရားလုပ္ေန တာျမင္လို႔သူမ်ားအတြက္ထြက္တဲ့ေဒါသလည္း႐ွိ ပါတယ္။ 
ဘာပဲေျပာေျပာ ေဒါသထြက္ၿပီဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ေနာက္ ဆက္တြဲျပႆနာေတြကအမ်ားႀကီးပါ။ သာမန္ခိုက္ ရန္ျဖစ္ပြားတဲ့ျပႆနာေလးကေန လူသတ္မႈ၊ စစ္ပြဲ မ်ားအထိျပစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ရာဇဝင္ထဲမွာေတာ့ မင္းဧကရာဇ္ဆိုသူေတြရဲ႕ ေဒါသစစ္ပြဲေတြေၾကာင့္ အသက္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ပ်က္စီးဆံုး႐ွံုးရတာပါ။ ယေန႔ အထိလည္း ကိုယ့္လူမ်ိဳးအခ်င္းခ်င္းမယံု ၾကည္ႏိုင္လို႔ တိုက္ခိုက္ေနၾကတဲ့ေဒါသစစ္ပြဲေတြ ႐ွိေနဆဲျဖစ္ၿပီး လူအမ်ားအသက္အိုးအိမ္သည္းစိမ္ ေတြပ်က္စီးဆံုး႐ႈံးေနၾကရဆဲပါ၊
တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ေဆးက်မ္းေတြမွာေတာ့ ေလ၊သည္းေျခ၊ သလိပ္၊ေဒါသဆိုၿပီး ေဒါသထြက္တာ ေဒါသထြက္ လြယ္တာကို ေရာဂါတစ္ခုလို႔သတ္မွတ္ထားတာပါ ဒါေၾကာင့္ စိတ္ႏွလံုးျငိမ္သက္ေစတဲ့ေဆး ဝါးေတြ လည္းေပး တတ္ပါတယ္၊ ေျပာရရင္ေဒါသဟာစိတ္ေရာဂါ တစ္ခုလည္းျဖစ္ မယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။ ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာဘုရားကေတာ့ ေဒါသကိုေျဖေဖ်ာက္ႏိုင္ ဖို႔ ေယာနိေသာမနသီကာရ လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ သင့္တင့္ေလ်ာက္ပတ္စြာႏွလံုး သြင္းေန ထိုင္ျခင္းကို ျပဳရပါမယ္တဲ့။ အဲတာကေတာ့ လူေတြရဲ႕ျဖစ္ပ်က္ သေဘာေတြ၊ အရာအားလံုး ရဲ႕မတည္ျမဲတဲ့ သေဘာေတြကို ႏွလံုးသြင္းထားၿပီး ေအာ္... ဘာမွမတည္ျမဲတဲ့ေလာကႀကီးပါတကား၊ အႏိုင္ရ သူေရာ၊အ႐ႈံးေပးရသူေရာ တစ္ေန႔မွာေသ ဆံုးေပ်ာက္ကြယ္ သြားၾကရမွာတကား ဘာမွမတည္ျမဲတဲ့ေလာကႀကီးမွာ ဘာအတြက္ ေဒါသထြက္ေနၾကမွာလည္း ပစၥည္းဥစၥာဆိုတာ လည္း မတည္ျမဲ၊လူဆိုတာလည္းမတည္ျမဲ။ ကိုယ္ေတြကခ်မ္းသာခ်င္၊ ကိုယ့္သားသမီးေတြကို ပညာတတ္ေတြျဖစ္ေစခ်င္၊ အိမ္ႀကီးအိမ္ေကာင္း ပိုင္ဆိုင္ခ်င္၊ ကားအေကာင္းစားႀကီးစီးခ်င္၊ ဝတ္ေကာင္းစားလွေတြဝတ္ခ်င္ အစားအေသာက္ ေကာင္းေတြစားခ်င္ လိုခ်င္တာေတြမရလို႔၊ လိုခ်င္တာေတြကန္႔ကြက္တားဆီးလို႔ ေဒါသေတြထြက္ လိုခ်င္တာေတြရသည္ျဖစ္ေစမရသည္ျဖစ္ေစ တစ္ေန႔ၾကထားရစ္ခဲ့ရမွာေတြခ်ည္းပါ၊ အစား ေကာင္းအေသာက္ေကာင္းေတြစားေနၾကရသူေတြ က ဒီေန႔ေတာ့ ဓာတုကင္းတဲ့ေတာထြက္စာေတြျပန္ လြမ္းေနၾကရတဲ့ေခတ္ပါ၊ဘယ္ဟာအေကာင္းဆံုး ဆိုတာလည္းမ႐ွိပါဘူး။ ျမန္မာစကားမွာၿမိန္ရာ ဟင္းေကာင္းဆိုတာအမွန္ပါ။ ဒီလိုဆိုေတာ့ ဘယ္လိုပဲေနရေနရ လံုျခံဳဖို႔ပါပဲ၊တိုက္ႀကီးတာႀကီးေတြနဲ႔ေနရလည္း ငလ်င္လႈပ္ေတာ့ေျပးဆင္းၾကရတာပါ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ မက္ေမာစရာမွန္သမွ်ေတာင္ထားရစ္ခဲ့ရမယ့ေလာကႀကီးမွာ ဘာအတြက္ေဒါသထြက္ေနၾကမလဲလို႔ ႏွလံုးသြင္းတတ္ဖို႔ဟာ အရမ္းအေရးႀကီးပါတယ္။ အခ်ိဳ႕သူေတြဆိုရင္ အျမဲဘုရားစာေတြရြတ္ၾက တယ္။ တရားစကားေတြေျပာၾကတယ္၊ တရားစခန္းေတြေတာင္ဝင္လိုက္ေသးတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ေဒါသထြက္စရာနဲ႔ၾကံဳလာတဲ့အခါ မွာေတာ့ လာမထိနဲ႔မီးပြင့္သြားမယ္ပါပဲ။ ဒီအခ်ိန္မွာသတိေလးနဲ႔ထိန္းၿပီး ေယာနိေသာမနသီကာယ လုပ္ႏိုင္သူကေတာ့ တကယ့္ပဲ အတိုင္းအတာတစ္ခုထိေအာင္တရား ႐ွိသူလို႔ဆိုႏိုင္ပါေၾကာင္း ေဒါသေ႐ွ႕ထားမမွတ္ၾကဖို႔ ေရးသားလိုက္ပါတယ္။
