ဒီကေန႔ေတာ့ ဆရာဦးတင္ဇံေက်ာ္ရဲ႕ေဟာ ေျပာ ပြဲဗီဒီယိုေလးေတြနားေထာင္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အစက you tube မွာေတြ့ေတြ႔ေနေပမယ့္ သိပ္ဝင္မၾကည့္ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ဒီကေန႔ဝင္ၾကည့္လိုက္တဲ့အခါမွာ ေတာ့အရမ္းထူးျခားတဲ့အေတြးအျမင္အသစ္အ ဆန္းေတြရ႐ွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ဆရာရဲ႕ေဟာေျပာမႈေတြကို ကြၽန္ေတာ္တို႔ဌာနေတြ နဲ႔ႏိႈင္းယွဥ္ၾကည့္လိုက္တဲ့အခါ ကိုယ့္ဌာနေတြရဲ႕ ေလ့က်င့္ပ်ိဳးေထာင္ေပးမႈအလြန္အားနည္းတာကို ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။ ဝန္ထမ္းအမ်ားစုဟာ ခုလိုမ်ိဳးစီး ပြားေရးအသိမျမင္ေတြ႐ွိဖို႔ေဝးစြ ။ မိမိတတ္ကြၽမ္း ၿပီးသားလို႔ယူဆရတဲ့ ေက်ာင္းသင္ပညာေတြမွာ လည္းမကြၽမ္းက်င္ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာလည္းအလုပ္ မျဖစ္ဆိုသလိုအားနည္းခ်က္ေတြအမ်ားႀကီး႐ွိေန ၾကပါတယ္။
ဒါဟာ ေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကားမႈေတြမ႐ွိေတာ့ တာေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ လာရတာပါ။ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္အစိုးရအေနနဲ႔ေတာ့ ျပည္ပ သင္တန္းေတြကိုအတတ္ႏိုင္ဆံုးေစလႊတ္ေပးေနေပမယ့္ ျပည္တြင္းသင္တန္းအေနနဲ႔ေတာ့အားနည္းေန ဆဲပါ။ တကယ္ေတာ့ ျပည္ပသင္တန္းထက္ကိုျပည္ တြင္းသင္တန္းမ်ားကပိုမိုလိုအပ္ေနတာလည္းျဖစ္ ပါတယ္။
ေနာက္ပိုင္းလူေတြဟာ မတတ္ၾကေတာ့ဘူး။ ဘာ ေၾကာင့္လည္းဆိုေတာ့ ေ႐ွ႕ပိုင္းကပညာ႐ွင္ေတြက. အမိန္႔အာဏာနဲ႔ဆရာႀကီးလာလုပ္သူေတြကိုဘာမွ သင္မေပးေတာ့ဘူး။အခု ျပည္သူ႔အစိုးရေခတ္ျဖစ္ လာေပမယ့္၊ အာဏာ႐ွင္တပည့္တပမ္းေတြက႐ွိ ေနဆဲဆိုေတာ့ ဘယ္သူမွမတတ္ၾကေတာ့ဘူး၊ ဒါ ေၾကာင့္ ဝန္ထမ္းေတြကို စနစ္တက် ျပန္လည္ေလ့က်င့္ပ်ိဳးေထာင္ေပးဖို႔လိုအပ္ေနပါ ၿပီ ဒါကိုမလုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ဘူးဆိုရင္ ေနာက္ထပ္အႏွစ္ ၂၀ လည္းဘာတစ္ခုမွျဖစ္ေျမာက္လာေတာ့မွာမ ဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ လုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခု အစိုးရလုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခု ျမတ္ျခင္း႐ွံုးျခင္းဆိုတာလည္း အမ်ားစုဝန္ထမ္း မ်ားရဲ႕ အရည္အခ်င္းနဲ႔သက္ဆိုင္သလို အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္သူ အရာ႐ွိမ်ား အမိန္႔ေပးေစခိုင္းသူ အစိုးရအဖြဲ႔ဝင္ ေတြမွာလည္းအမ်ားႀကီးတာဝန္႐ွိပါတယ္။
ကြၽန္ေတာ္သာဆိုရင္ေတာ့ အဂၤလိပ္စာအေရး အေျပာကြၽမ္းက်င္မႈသင္တန္းေတြေပးမယ္၊ ၿပီးရင္ စာဖတ္စြမ္းရည္ျမင့္လာေအာက္လုပ္မယ္၊ၿပီးရင္ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ကြၽမ္းက်င္သင္တန္းေတြအဆက္မျပတ္ေပးမယ္။ဒီလိုမွသာပဲ ဟိုတစ္ေခတ္ကပညာ႐ွင္ ေတြအမ်ားစု႐ွိတဲ့လုပ္ငန္းမ်ိဳးေတြျပန္ျဖစ္လာလိမ့္မယ္လိုထင္ျမင္မိပါတယ္။ အသိအျမင္ေလးေတြ ဖြင့္ေပးမွ တိုးတက္တဲ့ဝန္ထမ္းေတြတိုးလာမွ တိုင္းျပည္လည္းတိုးတက္လာမည္ျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း။
