Garam Masala - less than 1/4 teaspoon
Method -
Wash the brinjal, cut it into small pieces, allow these pieces to remain in the water until cooking (the color of the pieces of the brinjal does not change). Wash peas and granules. Wash tomatoes, green chilies and ginger and make paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds, after adding cumin seeds, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and tomato, green chilli paste, also add red chili powder, till the spices are cooked. . Add peas to this spice and fry for 2-3 minutes; Now add the pieces of brinjal and salt and mix well, add 2-3 table spoon water and cover the vegetable and let it cook for 5-6 minutes, on low heat. Open the lid and see that the brinjal has become soft, if the brinjal is not softened, and if you think that the water is getting reduced in the vegetable, then add 1 table spoon water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now the brinjal and peas have become soft, vegetables have become, add garam masala and green coriander in the curry.
