Martes de cocina **ricas galletas de naranja//por mireyalongart

<div class= "text-justify"> Hola hermosa comunidad de #SteemVenezuela,  saludos cordiales a todos ustedes, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unas ricas galletas de naranja.

## ingredientes

300gr de harina de trigo

1 taza de azúcar 120gs aproximadamente

1 taza de mantequilla 100gr

1 huevo

1 pizca de sal

## Procedimiento

Lo primero es batir la mantequilla y el azúcar hasta cremarla bien, y luego de cremada añadimos el huevo.

Seguimos cremando con la batidora y luego cernimos la harina pero compactamos con la mano para que no se sobre amase y luego rallamos  la naranja.

Lista nuestra masa procedemos a estirarla con un rodillo y a cortarla utiliza el cortador de tu preferencia.

Yo utilice cortadores estrellas de corazón y redondo, al cortarlas las llevamos al refrigerador por diez minutos y de hay directo al horno.
