Color Photography Challenge: Friday cruise skyblue sunset

Hi Steemians, it's been a while since I last post....my Macbook broke and literally black screened on me since 2 months ago (that's right it broke since mid-July), and I had to save up some money in order to fix the computer. Fast-forwarding 2 months and I've returned to Steemit. Apologies how I had stopped Steemit for a bit....and will be more frequent until October when it will be a busy work month for me at that time, so will be post a bit more sporadic until November and then once again to return to Steemit at full-force :)

nice photo - Vancouver and the island were my fave spots to visit when I lived in Canada. One time I took the Gulf Island Ferry from Victoria for a round trip to all the ports.

Horseshoe Bay was also a fave spot - I once rented a motorboat there and cruised around for a while (long time ago).

@thermoplastic that's super awesome! Hahaha you really know your Greater Vancouver area and certainly knows where to go for fun activities~ Good for you for going to all the ferry ports wow that's a lot of ferry travelling there but the Sunshine Coast and the Vancouver Island has so many things to see and play, and if you know where to hit the right restaurants you can have fun digging up oysters to eat!  Horseshoe Bay is pretty indeed, and once I hiked up from Horseshoe Bay all the way up the Baden-Powell trail to the mountains (Grouse). It was intense and stepped onto some light snow in the middle of July lol! If you enjoy the outdoors on your next visit you can try out hiking!!! I haven't motorboat before so that seems like real fun activity there~

Motorboat was not very expensive to rent back in those days, but now it is.
About the hiking: I would have been capable (and did a lot of in the Rockies) but for this now I am not in shape anymore. But I know about snow in July - experienced that in Austria a couple of times. Oh yeah, on the Prairie where I lived, we did have snow the odd time in any month, lol. But not unusual in the high mountains. Skiers do their summer training there. 
About Vancouver Island: Pacific Rim National Park is very impressive, Tofino and Ucluet on either side. I once stayed at the [Canadian  Princess](http://www.canadianprincess.com/) and went on a whale-watching tour. But now, doing some research I find that the ship I spent a night on does not exist anymore, it was scrapped, so sad:
