I had the most interesting conversation today and after so long I can finally say I'm not so mad afterall, well, I think so. You see I had this buddy back in college, we were tight friends, we still are, only that then it was easier to hang around each other. We had all the similar things friends have and thought we were going to take over the world together after school. But as life would have it, the last time we saw eachother was during our valedictory service. He moved to his home town and we still kept in touch but gradually reduced over time. This was years ago. 

The thing about the dude was that it was always extra easy for us to relate, more than my other friends, I guess this is always how it is for close friends right? Anyway as opposed to our after school plans, life happened and we had to be distanced from ourselves for years. In this [post](https://steemit.com/steempress/@mistakili/theblockchaintrain-c0zptd3pb3), I wrote about how a bunch of the friends in my circle are not involved in blockchain and cryptocurrency, today, after so long, my buddy called me and we had some looooooooong conversation, he went ahead to study Engineering in University and did quite well, however as a bunch of other Nigerian youth's he's also un-employed and searching for how to make his dreams come through, however, unlike a lot of other Nigerian youth I know who are reluctant to learning new things, my buddy survives on trading bitcoin, how amazing. 

At this point I think you can guess how the rest of the conversation went. It was all about blockchain and cryptocurrency, mad!!!! It felt so good knowing someone could relate with me offline and give me the same vibe I get online, guess what, he didn't know about steem, and trust me, I served him steem on a platter of *whatever grammer suits you*, but trust me, he loved the idea of steem, funny enough majority of the questions he asked me, I was like, yeah I've written about this before, dang guys, I've written so much concerning steem, I'm not sure which to recommend to newbies at this point and it wont sound or seem too techy. 

Maybe I need to take a time out to make a post containing posts I will want to refer people to, especially newbies, but the thing about that is, inasmuch as my posts are a lot about steem and blockchain, they still contain other aspects, okay its going to take quite a process. Again, steem like every other technology is evolving, I don't want to refer someone to an outdated information because I've made a post about it before. You seeeee. Well, now that I've recognized my position in my circle, I guess I just have to keep doing what I'm doing, unleashing the best technology news  and happenings to my friends about finding out about the best blockchain out there, steem. 

Now that I have a close pal who trades bitcoin, maybe I can finally deep my feet into trading properly and see where that leads me, we have to make arrangements for a proper meet up then share endless conversations about blockchain technology and steem and cryptos and trading and...its going to be long. So yeah maybe I'm not so mad afterall, or better still, maybe we are two mad people. I can't wait to go all on about steem monsters, steem-engine, drugwars, esteem,steemhunt, and all the crazy happening in this space.
