Life really is simple, and if we pay attention enough, we would realise that our happiness lies in these simple things. If we step out into nature, and take a look around us, we will see the riches and abundance that lies in the things that lay around us. 

However in the epitome of all the simplicity lies all the complications. Let's take the human brain as a case study. The brain is the most complicated organ in the human body. It has the ability to produce glands that makes us feel accomplished or satisfied. 

This has led to developing and adopting the drive that makes every human want to be satisfied and accomplished. However, somehow these glands never seem to be enough, hence the desire for a purpose which is attained by complicating simple things. 
Like making of secondary colours, we mix two or more primary/simple colours together, in view of getting a ~~complicated~~ beautiful secondary colour. This action has led to countless creation of colours that could never have been expected. 

If we take a trip back in time, to the days of the early men, how they started to make fire from striking two stones, or how they counted with stones, or made their houses with sticks and stones. Simply applying simple things to their way of life birthed creation of complicated mechanisms that seemed to be more satisfactory, nowadays we call that innovation.

When people say life is complicated, a lot of time, we are too quick to think such life is almost impossible to comprehend, unsolvable, extremely difficult. About 25 years ago, explaining the internet to a lay man would be quite complicated, so is explaining blockchain seven years ago. *Complicated* doesn't have to mean destructive, *complicated* can be disruptive i.e innovative.

Life is simple, but complicated, I mean if we look around us, 80% of what we're surrounded by is made up of simple things put together. However, life might not be easy, simplicity does not mean easy.

Life is a continual effort in applying simple things in the pursuit of attaining our purpose, using what we know to solve what we don't know, using what we have to create what we don't, using the opportunity we have to create that we do not have. Starting with what we have, where we are. Look around you again, we will see the riches and abundance that lies around us. 

Life is simple isn't it?
