#phototechblog / Analog times...
The classic Olympus OM1 i borrowed from my father and walked through the city of vienna and experimented with it. I loved to play with unusual perspectives...

Die klassiche Olympus OM1 habe ich einst von meinem Vater ausgeborgt und bin damit durch Wien marschiert um nach ungewöhnlichen Perspektiven zu suchen...

There is a needle photometer integrated in the viewfinder to indicate the exposure. Aperture and exposure time settings are not in the lens but on the body connector and the film reel has to be rewinded manually. Good old times...



Sie hat einen Nadel-Belichtungsmesser im Sucher integriert. Die Blende- und Belichtungszeitregler sind am Gehäuse vor dem Bajonett und der Film muss händisch zurückgespult werden.

It was always a great excitemen t to pick up the photos from the store and there were a lot of fails.

Es war immer sehr spanned die Fotos von der Entwicklung zu holen, und es waren anfangs viele Fehlschüsse dabei.

_Da war so ein mechanischer Fernauslöser dabei, ein Schlauch mit einem Draht drinnen, den man am Auslöser anschraubte...so konnte ich eine Langzeitbelichtung am Gürtel machen_

_There was a mechanic remote trigger, a tube with a wire inside mounted to the release button... so i made a longexposure on the busiest road in vienna_
