<div class="text-justify"><p>Los viajeros miraron sorprendidos el impresionante panorama que se les ofrecía desde el altiplano al que llegaron con dificultad. La estrecha meseta, fue un hallazgo inesperado, pero la tierra era áspera. No obstante, el comité acordó hacer un campamento desde el cual organizar exploraciones a toda el área en cuanto a posibilidades de defensa y fuentes de agua. El ascenso había sido difícil, pero eso hablaba bien de la seguridad. En cuanto al agua, sólo encontraron un hilo antes de llegar a la cima. No era lo mejor, pero sí lo mejor que habían encontrado para establecerse y dejar la vida errante.</p>
<blockquote>The travelers looked surprised at the impressive panorama that was offered to them from the plateau they reached with difficulty. The narrow plateau was an unexpected find, but the land was rough. However, the committee agreed to make a camp from which to organize explorations of the entire area in terms of defense possibilities and water sources. The climb had been difficult, but that spoke well for safety. As for the water, they only found one thread before they reached the top. It was not the best, but it was the best they had found to settle down and leave the wandering life.</blockquote>
<p>Ahora, el espectacular valle que estaban mirando, los impresionó. Verde, fértil, con un lago de buenas proporciones, y protegido por una cadena de altos picos de piedra, verdaderos farallones que dificultarían el acceso a aquel paraíso. Hicieron llamar a los miembros del comite y allí, de pie, con la mirada clavada en lo que sentían ya como su futuro, decidieron que la meseta sería un puesto de observación y defensa para proteger el asentamiento que pronto harían en el hermoso valle que se extendía a sus pies.</p>

They called in the members of the committee and there, standing there, with their eyes fixed on what they already felt as their future, they decided that the plateau would be an observation post and defense to protect the settlement they would soon make in the beautiful valley that was displayed at his feet.</blockquote>
<p>Su llegada al planeta había sido un accidente. La nave quedó inservible. Los equipos de comunicación tal vez nunca pudiesen repararlos, pero un lugar estable era la urgencia inmediata. El valle ofrecía ser un buen lugar. Todos querían ser parte de la primera expedición para bajar y poner los pies en lo que ya consideraban su territorio.Alguien lo bautizó como<strong><em> Valle Encantado </em></strong>y así se le conocería durante generaciones.</p>
