Education is one of the things that all humans desperately need. Education is a very important activity in human life, because through education will be able to create human potential, creative and have a brilliant idea as a provision to obtain a better future. Education is one effort to improve human resources that are able to adjust to the development of science and technology. Education has started to be owned by humans since we were born.

In addition, educational institutions play an important role for humans as a trigger in an effort to improve the quality of education. In education is divided into 2 educational institutions, namely formal and nonformal education, one of the formal educational institutions are schools. And the first school in our lives is family, and the teacher is our father and mother.

School is one of the vehicles established by the state to prepare the provision of intelligence and skills for learners in accordance with the demands of the times at this time implemented through the process of learning in the form of teaching.
The meaning of a learning and the outcome of an education is to humanize human beings, and make human beings better both in terms of deeds and intellectuals.

But very sad and unfortunate, when all these goals are not achieved and even contrary to that goal, which makes man better, but humans increasingly evil.
Particularly in Indonesia, there have been many cases of violence within education, and schools, where schools are the place of intellectuals and a place for knowledge, but turned into a place of violence and fear.

It is like a quarrel between students and students, groups of students and groups of students, and what is so sad is the violence that a teacher does to the students. There are so many cases of student beatings by teachers, some even hitting him mercilessly. Though this is highly inappropriate for a teacher, who is essentially a clever and knowledge-giver to students, and should be a good example to the students, not scary students.
This act is very dangerous for the students mentally, their mental will be damaged and damaged so that it will impact to their education and of course very bad impact for student psychology. And this is not what we want.

This incident is very sad, let us both change it, especially the body itself, with self-introspection, because this is the responsibility of us all as human beings, not to our future generation destroyed, because of dropping out and surely give impact to quality of citizens and especially our country.
Hopefully no such incidents will occur, and hopefully the quality of our education especially in Indonesia will improve, so that better future generations can boast of the country.
