My Actifit Report Card: settembre 16 2018
Oggi ho fatto una piccola uscita domenicale, proseguendo il mio programma per tornare a correre... Come facevo una volta. In più ho testato le nuove scarpe, acquistate ieri dal mio amico @mad-runner.

I suoi consigli sono sempre molto preziosi, e io quando si tratta di prendere le scarpe per correre mi affido totalmente a lui.Infatti...chiunque comincia a correre, deve sapere che le scarpe sono importantissime, e la <i>scarpa giusta</i> può essere diversa per ognuno di noi.
Ero indeciso tra due paia, tra quelle proposte dal buon Mad, e alla fine ho scelto queste e credo proprio che anche questa volta la scelta sia azzeccata. Avanti tutta!!!
