E anche oggi riesco a superare quota Diecimila passi. Tutto sommato sto cominciando a sentirmi meglio, e anche le attività di corsa cominciano a pesare meno. Finalmente ottime sensazioni, presto aumenterò di nuovo i minuti di corsa... Sempre dritto verso il primo obiettivo: un'ora di corsa filata.
