So we're in the middle of the implementation of martial law via a virus that has a low casualty rate and is also known as the common cold. 

To give you an idea of the severity of this situation - The streets of year round tourist capital Copenhagen are empty, my friend sent me pictures from there. No more than five can gather there and all borders are closed. People are confined to their homes unless for getting basic supplies and all non-essential services have been cut.

The restaurant I work at in Fremantle, Western Australia fears the worst. Infact many people are going into some kind of panic - purchasing vast amounts of toilet paper, hand sanitizer and self-isolating. 

I'm not panicking though, I've been ready for 'the end' for a very long time. It's half the reason I've traveled as much as I have, because I've always been on the edge of my game, believing this 'end' is just around the corner. My music is testament to this perspective. So much of my lyrics detail distrust of the government, life as a kind of feast, exposing sensationalism, living life as the inner master and basically being prepared for the destruction to rise with the flames of this 'apocalypse' and be free.

So what's with the title of this post? Well, there's a lot of pain coming. Full-stop. Being right is one thing, being kind is another. It doesn't matter if you intuitively spoke with aliens from another universe/dimension and you 'know' the truth and what is coming (this is a metaphor, yes?). What is real for people in this moment is the collapse of everything they have worked so hard to attain; the death of loved ones; the betrayal of institutions they've trusted their entire lives; the meaning of their lives being ripped away all at once in one foul swoop.

It is the act of a prick to stick your righteousness in people's face and scream, 'I TOLD YOU SO!' It doesn't help. What helps is action, empathy and understanding. We are ALL going through this transition. 

Many times it is these pricks that wish to stand on the top of the hierarchy of 'knowledge' to be the holders of the truest truths that also don't want to do any work. They just want to be right and to destroy everything with their anger leaving a wasteland of desolation. 

Unfortunately, the reality is that we live in a world that is a game of constant battles of hierarchies of information. Being right, is not always being kind. It's the morality verses ethics debate all over again. 

What is 'right' for this moment? What is necessary in this moment? That is the question we should be asking. Knowing truth and seeing through bullshit is one thing. Doing kindly with it in a way so it enacts true, positive and effective change is another. 

The truth can be a very destructive thing, and there are many angry people who use truth as a weapon to destroy the foundations of control , blindly hacking away, not seeing the sensitive things that are being destroyed with their primitive need for destrution. 

I was this person a few years ago, and that is why I know so much about this perspective. 

#### Back to the land of everyday earth, what am I doing now? 
I'm living near Fremantle, Western Australia. I have a room, a studio and a space to spread out, relax and be creative. 

I played an art gallery gig for Amanda Forward on the 6th of March, and I even bought one of her artworks. I've been playing music on the streets on the weekends in Fremantle and making a little bit on the side from my bar job at a restaurant in Fremantle.

I catch up with friends now and then. I'm finding stability in routine, I have a twenty minute workout I do five times a week. I practice music every day. 

I'm busy preparing the vehicle for my greater expression 'Güve Recordings' which is an umbrella brand for all of my present and future projects and inspirations.

I'm using this time to take care of myself. 

Despite apocalypse looming at the door in its current form, I'm ready for whatever comes. Through my life I have already faced so many things. I feel no fear. 

In my experience, I've established to myself that traditional forms of rebellion are useless. I'm content to place the full expression of my rage and my calm into my creative endeavors. I wish to use this vehicle to change the world, and not in a drastic hero 'look at me' way, but in a subtle co-operative way that assists with the hum that is already persistent and can be heard in the wind when we listen carefully.

I'm also excited about the new release of 'Hive', which is a fork of Steem. This will be a completely decentralized and community run blockchain. I will be investing actual capital into this because following the story of the Steem cryptocurrency I have seen how far it has come and how dedicated this creative community is to making it work in something that is truly theirs; and finally now not just for some big-shot with shitloads of money. So keep your eyes peeled on Hive.io as I expect things to develop quite quickly.
