well I've officially worked for not more than half a year, then freelanced on bread crumbs for years, I have to say I made more on steem for a year than freelancing for five, so you can imagine how saturated and overcrowded the freelancing sphere is, competition is huge while the "rewards" are artificially kept low for the most part since companies are trying to cut costs outsourcing... 

I've been thinking of making a huge post for 2018 steem but I can't seem to get to the top or the bottom of it :D
