A Compulsory Diet

I have finally given in to the need for a diet; 82kg is no joke at all. So I began this new diet regime 2 days ago. I found out from my research on body metabolism, exercise and weight loss/ weight gain that my body needs about 1500 to 2000 calories a day to stay at a stable weight. If I take less than 1500 calories, I will definitely lose weight and if I take above 2000 calories daily, I would most assuredly gain weight.

I have stared to actively watch my calorie intake. Today I had a large slice of pawpaw with lots of water for breakfast (200 calories). Then I had the above plate of beans, plantain and white meat (saki) for a late lunch (900 calories). Both meals have brought my calorie intake today to 1100 calories, and that's just awesome. I would have a small piece of grilled fish or 2 small oranges for dinner (200 calories) to bring my total calorie intake for the day to 1300. I can't wait to share some good weight loss news with you soon.
