This article is about sleep because to be more productive, more inspired and to live a more joyful life is by getting enough sleep and on the contrary many people now a days are take less and less sleep and becoming more stressed.

For many of us today it has become a status symbol to brag about how little we sleep. Yesterday I was sitting in a restaurant and in a group of young students one was bragging about how little he slept last night and now have more time to do all his chores.

One of the main reason why people get less sleep is that they are busy or in simpler words what I say is OVER BURDENED by work and the main cause of all this is not that they have a lot of work, but the main culprit here is no or wrong time management. People still don't know how to distribute and put priorities in their work and do it in breaks.

Another myths that people live in now a days is multi-tasking and a lot of research has been done in this area and the conclusion that comes out in the end is "It's better to focus on one thing at a time". Another research said that people with less sleep take terrible decisions in life.

In the end I just want to say that please don't under-estimate the power of a good sleep.

**Things to one can do to enhance good sleep**
- Keep your gadgets in a other room or in silent mode when you sleep.
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Exercise (Even simple walk for few minutes per day can do wonders)
- Keep yourself hydrated.
- Select a good mattress.
- If you cannot stay away from your phone then please consider using a blue light filter app.
