实现数据跨链
不同区块链之间进行数据、资产的通信和互操作性，我们把它叫做跨链，波卡中的跨链通信主要通过XCMP协议实现。

近两个月发生在波卡生态的融资情况：  
1. 4月28日，波卡生态首个跨链兼容DeFi+NFT协议SporeOcean完成千万级机构轮融资。 
1. 4月8日，波卡DeFi项目Equilibrium完成250万美元融资，投资机构包括KR1，Signum Capital和Hypersphere Ventures等。 
1. 3月29日，波卡生态首条轻量级高性能平行链Thales获千万美金量级投资，ZKfund、Holo Capital、Digital Assets Investment参投。 
1. 3月30日，波卡生态项目Cere Network完成500万美元融资，Republic、Woodstork、JRR、LedgerPrime、G1 Ventures参投。

在polkadot中，如果平行链A需要向平行链B发送交易，则流程如下：  
1. 中继链根据不同平行链对验证人进行分组；  
1. 平行链A的用户对交易进行签名和广播；  
1. 平行链A的收集人收集交易，验证交易的有效性，整理交易相关数据，将它们打包为候选区块，并将其放入它们的出口（每条平行链都有一个名为egress的消息出口队列和一个名为ingress的消息入口队列）；  
1. 对应的验证人小组选择候选区块，并验证该区块是否仅包含有效交易。验证成功将获得押金  
1. 只有在提名人支付了足够押金后，才能向中继链提交区块头和平行链A的出口信息；  
1. 所有验证人都可以跨链发送消息；  
1. 所有验证人对中继链区块达成共识，验证人将平行链A上的交易从平行链A的出口移动到平行链B的入口以完成消息传输。  
1. 平行链B在入口队列中执行该交易并修改自己的账本。

正是因为有了XCMP协议，就好像在平行链之间连接了电话线一样，插入插槽的平行链之间才可以互相发送消息，互相通信，实现数据跨链。

XCMP可以将插入波卡中继链上不同的链连接在一起，进行跨链通讯与资金流通
