Do You Know Skirret??

Happily digging Skirret and planting it around the property. Propagating perennials is a main joy ⭐️ this is a carrotesque ancestor that had popularity before the ease of the carrot took off. Yummy little self replicating rootlets! Gardening for 10 years into the future when I imagine thousands of skirret hanging out on the land. Dig one up for lunch
