There is a saying that we don't know how, where, and when we will die. If many people know this they would have refused to die or make things right before they go or maybe refuse to die in a particular way.

If I have answers to this question, I will choose to die in my room and that will be when I'm old and I should just sleep and never wake up again.
## We usually don't value our lives until we come face to face with death.
This morning I went out and while coming home I saw someone who offered to give me a lift with his motorbike. I sat down as he drove me home. All of a sudden he lost control after entering into a pool of sand on the road. He lost Carol of the bike and left the road for the bush. I helped him carried his load in my hand so there was no way I could jump from the bike. There I was, without hope of what will happen to me.
*Don't expect to see pictures of me having accidents because we didn't fall. He later had everything in control once again*.
While I was on the bike I knew I might not die but I was very sure that if we had an accident I would be seriously injured. I don't know to which degree it will be but I am pretty sure that I will be inured. At that particular time, I wasn't thinking about my friends, I wasn't thinking about my family, I wasn't thinking about my work or anything. The only thought was, **will I be safe?**. I only hoped that I will just have a little injury.
This made me ask myself a question, **What if I had died today?**
Moments like this makes us realize that death is just a second away from living. Death doesn't take long to kill it does it instantly!
I remembered I once said to myself that I will first live a sinful life so that I can enjoy life without restrictions and become born again when I'm very old and about to die. What a wrong perspective I had about life then!
And so many of us still think this way. We think of tomorrow as if we own it. We think if we drive safe, eat healthily, do the regular checkups we will be fine. What a wrong perspective! Like I said, no one knows when it will be their time to die. No one can tell how and where they will die.
Don't ever be like I was when I thought I will do some things when I become older. Don't think there is enough time to do it. Who knows, tomorrow might be your own day to die.
A teacher once told us in class that the Maxim which he lives by is to **work now and play later**. But I don't believe in that. I believe in work now, play now. I believe everything that needs to be done should be done now.
Why wait until tomorrow before you become happy? Why wait to have a billion dollar before you spend a little money on yourself? Why wait till you have a mansion before you sleep at night?
Life is too short, enjoy it while you can. Do the things that are expected of you now. Live life with the consciousness that you will not live forever.
When you get close to death you will realize that things we take of importance mean nothing to us in the face of death. Work has been in existence before man and will continue to be when a man is long gone. So do not kill yourself with work and forget to enjoy life.
Money has been before you were born. So don't kill yourself trying to find it at all cost except you're sure they will spend it where you are going after death.
Friends and family will not be with you forever so love them while you can. Spend time with loved ones when you can. Fall in love so hen you are still alive.
