Easy Amazing Guacamole | Avocado Dip Recipe

# Hello DTube and Steemians!
In this episode of *In the Kitchen with Matt* I will show you how to make guacamole. This amazing avocado dip recipe is easy to make, with simple ingredients. Nothing like some homemade guacamole and chips to snack on. You can add more or less of the ingredients if you want, the star of the dish is the avocado. If you want to add tomato or sour cream or both, add them. If I can make it, you can make it, let's get started!

### Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 medium ripe avocados
- 1/2 medium white onion
- 3 to 4 Tbsp of minced fresh cilantro 
- 1 tsp. of salt (5g)
- 1/8 tsp. of pepper (pinch)
- 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder (2g)
- 1 to 2 limes (start with half of a lime, you can always add more later)

### Tools:
- bowl
- spoon
- fork
- knife

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and there you go. :) You can play with the measurements and leave stuff out or add in different ingredients like tomatoes or sour cream, if you like. Totally up to you, just don't leave out the avocado! lol
