Hiring Desperation May Create Cybersecurity Risks

I am concerned that cybersecurity risks of insiders will increase if processes for proper vetting and background checks become lax for new-hires.

<p>I suggest my fellow Chief Information Security Officers (CISO’s) have a discussion with the head of their Human Resources to understand if the cyber risks are going to increase in the organization due to more &#x27;flexible&#x27; hiring practices.
