আমলকীর কিছু তথ্য

<p>আমলকী গাছ খুব বেশি বড় হয় না। সাধারন ৮ মিটার থেকে ১৮ মিটার পজন্থ লম্বা হইয়া থাকে। এই গাছের পাতা ১/২ ইঞ্চি পজন্থ লম্বা হইয়া থাকে। এই গাছের বৈশিষ্ট এই গাছের স্ত্রী এবং পুরুষ ফুল একই গাছে ধরে। এই আম্লকির খুব বেশি বড় হই না। হালকা সবুজ ছোট ফল হইয়া থাকে। এই ফলের ব্যাস ১/২ ইঞ্চি হইয়া থাকে। এই ফল বাংলাদেশের সব জেলাতেই হইয়া থাকে। এই গাছ ৪/৫ বছর হলে ফল দেওয়া শুরু করে। এই গাছ বিচ থেকে বংশ বিস্তার করে।&nbsp;</p>

<p>এই ফল সাধারনত বাংলাদেশ, ভারত, মায়ানমার, চীন , মালয়েশিয়া ইত্যাদিতে এই গাছ পাওয়া যাই।</p>

<h2>চিকিৎসাঃ</h2>
<p>আমলকীতে অনেক পুষ্টি গুনাগুন রইয়াছে। যা চিকিৎসা &nbsp;ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার উপযোগী ।এই আমলকীতে অনেক ভিটামিন সি পাওয়া যাই । যা মাথার চুলর জন্য খুবই উপকারি। এই ফল খাইলে অনেক রোগ থেকে মুক্তি পাওয়া যাই। এই আমলকীতে ভাইরাস ব্যাকটেরিয়া ধ্বংস করতে পারে। আম্লকির ফল এবং এর পাতাতে কিছু রোগ &nbsp;নিরামই মিলবে যেমনঃ &nbsp;ডায়াবেটিস, ক্যান্সার, প্রদাহ এবং কিডনি রোগ &nbsp;ইত্যাদি। সুদু এই না এই আম্লকির অনেক গুন রইছে। এজন্য আমাদের আমলকী খাওয়া প্রয়োজন। এর বাজার মূল্য খুব বেশি না।&nbsp;</p>

<p>আমলকী আজ কাল অনেক কিছু তৈরিতে ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে যেমনঃ মাথা ঠাণ্ডা করা তেল, সেম্প, চকলেট , ওষুধ , ইত্যাদি।&nbsp;</p>
