My Actifit Report Card: March 26 2020

Honestly, I don't even know what day we are one.  Nine I think not including weekends.  Today I woke up and did my cardio drumming.  I am so glad that I have this in my tool belt.  

I then worked on some casenotes did school.  @bozz and I decided to do our outside walk before lunch because we didn't know what the weather would bring. 

This afternoon I had a webinar about mindfulness.  This is something that I have been trying to incorporate more into my life. What exactly is cardio drumming?
The days are all al becoming a blur, I hope they find a way to stop this Corona!!
 @actifit steps I beleave help rev up the immune system, and at least help our cardo and general health!!

You use a yoga ball, a large bucket and drum sticks.  If you Google it, or search it in YouTube you will see.  It is quite and very active.  However, you can modify it to fit any fitness level. Stay well!
