Lets lose weight....!
## It is a very unhealthy habit of eating rush and eating food. Such bad habitans are consumed excessively. Along with that the weight increased several hundred.

### In a few tricks, this problem will be overcome.

**Remove obstacles**
Take away all kinds of busyness and sit down to eat. Take a little time in the hands and gently quench the queen. In the workplace, leave the habit of sitting on the desk, in front of the TV or by phone.

**Think about the five senses**
While looking at the taste and smell of attention while eating, try to look forward to what is seen, which is listening and what you can catch.

**Eat chestnut cake**
Take good time to eat food. Paste at least 20 times before swallowing the food. It will be well digested.

**Eat on the plate**
Many of us do not eat food from the plate, we start eating from the main pot. This must be avoided. Because it consumes a lot more. Take a meal in a small plate, take it to taste, look good, taste and taste, and thus our taste is also expressed.
