Violet in Autumn: Oktober 12 2018

Heute war wieder ein wunderschöner Tag mit viel Sonnenschein. Viel im Garten gesessen, aber auch aufs Fahrrad gesetzt. Wobei mich doch etwas erstaunt hat wie wenig da die Activity-Zahlen ansteigen verglichen damit wenn ich die gleiche Strecke zu Fuß gehe...

Und dann hab ich noch etwas gesehen was gar nicht zur Jahreszeit passt: ein blühendes Veilchen :)

Beim Radfahren machst du natürlich weniger Schritte auf der gleichen Strecke als beim Laufen und es hängt auch von deiner Trittfrequenz ab. Bei mir kommt beim radfahren auch nicht wirklich was zusammen an actifit Einheiten.

Oh Garten, Neid :-D (Nein ich gönne ihn dir von Herzen, aber ich hätte auch gern einen oder zumindest einen Balkon :-D) Und das mit dem Fahrradfahren... bin gespannt ob es was ändert, wenn du das Handy an einer anderen Stelle trägst.
