My @Muxxybot curation account has been running since July of this year and it has grown from curating just Minnow Support Project members’ posts to include all Minnows on Steemit. The general curation posts are made on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The curation team has also grown and in recent weeks I have added poetry curation on a Tuesday and Fiction curation on a Thursday.

As you know I spent last week at Steemfest and met many different nationalities. From several Steemians I heard that French speakers have a rough time making it on Steemit. I have therefore decided to curate French posts on Saturdays in the hope of helping the French community. As a non French speaker, I am therefore looking for a team of French speakers to curate French posts. I have already approached the lovely @roxane - who has agreed to take part - but I am looking for a further 3 or 4 curators.

Each curator gets to nominate 1 or 2 posts a week at the @thewritersblock Discord channel [HERE](https://discord.gg/8EgU8Dv). Nominated posts should be from Minnow accounts - under 5000 SP - and have a maximum of $10 post reward on the nominated post. I will call for all French speaking curators to vote on their favourite post (just 1 vote each, no voting for their own nominations). The top 5 - 6 French posts each week will be curated and shared by @Muxxybot. I shall ask the curators to write a short blurb (in English) to accompany the chosen posts for curation. I will also resteem the Muxxybot posts from my 2100 follower account. Each Muxxybot curator gets added to his Steemvoter list for upvotes on all of their posts.

If you would like to apply to be a Muxxybot French speaking curator, reply to this post with a nominated French post, using the criteria mentioned above. I shall make my choices within the week.

Mon compte de curation @Muxxybot existe depuis juillet de cette année et il grandi depuis. Il a commencé sa curation avec une sélection des posts de membres de Minnow Support Project et maintenant sa curation inclus également les posts de tous les minnows sur Steemit. La curation des posts type “généraux “ est publiée tous les lundis, les mercredis et les vendredis. L’équipe de curation a grandi et dans les dernières semaines j’ai ajouté la curation de poèmes tous les mardis et la curation de fiction tous les jeudis.

Comme vous le savez, j’ai passé la semaine dernière à Steemfest et j’ai rencontré différentes nationalités. En échangeant avec certains Steemians, j’ai entendu que les francophones ont un peu de mal à réussir sur SteemIt. C’est pourquoi j’ai décidé de faire une curation sur les posts en français tous les samedis, en espérant que cela aide la communauté francophone. Comme je ne parle pas la langue, je cherche une équipe pour faire la curation sur les posts en français. J’ai sollicité la belle @roxane – qui est déjà d’accord pour participer – mais je cherche encore 3 ou 4 curateurs/curatrices.

Chaque curateur/curatrice peut proposer 1 ou 2 posts par semaine sur le serveur Discord de @thewritersblock [ici](https://discord.gg/8EgU8Dv). Les posts doivent être ceux des Minnows – les comptes qui ont moins de 5000 SP – et n’ont pas plus de $10 de récompenses sur le post. 

Je vais demander à tous les curateurs/curatrices francophones de voter leurs posts préférés (un vote par personne seulement et ils ne peuvent pas upvoter leurs propres propositions). Les 5 ou 6 meilleurs posts seront choisis chaque semaine et seront présentés par @Muxxybot. Je vais demander aux curateurs/curatrices de rédiger un petit mot (en anglais) pour accompagner les posts qui ont été choisis. Je vais aussi resteemer ces posts sur mon propre compte qui a 2100 de followers. Chaque curateur/curatrice de Muxxybot sera ajouté(e) à sa liste de Steemvoter pour upvoter tous leurs posts.
