Taking it down We have a new view now across the street as a crew worked all day ...

...  today to take it down.  The sound of a chipper and chainsaw abound today. 

When I asked the kids if they noticed a difference when they got home from school none of them did.  Until o showed them the pic.  Muscle memory.  Strange what it allows us to remember.  The landscape changes all the time.  I think of the birds who regularly roosted there... Or thwt squirrel or raccoon who's suddenly lost a perch or a hiding spot.
