There are a few people who some way or another dependably appear to be ready to look on the brilliant side of things, regardless of what is happening in their life. 

At that point are other individuals who appear to get a kick out of taking a gander at all the things that aren't right on the planet and every one of the things that could turn out badly for them. Furthermore, you may have seen how things constantly turn out badly for them!

I have to admit that this is harder than it looks, but with practice you can do it and it is definitely worth doing that. 
Changing my mind set from pessimist (I called myself realist) to optimistic way of looking at life is __best thing happened to me__
From that point my life changed drastically. I will definitely write a blog about it some day.

Yes happiness is a choice. Or we can say it's a state of mind..

But for long-term happiness and success, We don't need positive thinking or negative thinking, because Science has prove that everyday 60 thousand thoughts come to our mind,,So it's not import what's come to our mind, even it's negative or positive.
We not even need motivation in life because motivation is short time..

For our long term happiness, I think, we just need to be realistic, and instead of motivation we need inspiration because inspiration is long term.:)

Our day, and life, depends very much on how we look at things.  If we always see things from a pessimistic view that's how our life is going to turn out.  We always have a choice on how things turn out.

I believe that positive thinking is powerful thinking. If we want happiness, fulfillment, success and inner peace, start thinking we have the power to achieve those things. Focus on the bright side of life and expect positive results....Thanks for your inspiring article @nainaztengra

Absoultely Nainaz, it is all about perspective and how you choose to to react to each event that happens each day.  Though, as with a lot of things, sometimes it is easier said than done, but with practice it can really make an impact on your health and overall happiness.

I love that - spend one day without worry, try it and see what it's like - so simple, yet so difficult!

This is another area where I am trying to improve myself.  It is so easy to find that you have spent 10 minutes worrying about something or regretting something.  When I catch myself in this negative trap I try to think about what I am grateful for and return to the present moment.  Thanks for writing this post.
