*Hello Friends,*

## There are many things to hold unto
One of them isn't your past
Though you may not want to
*But you have to let it go fast*

## Press that button of delete
Forget the images that trouble you
Rise up from your previous defeats
*Go to God to cuddle you*

## Look ahead, there is light at the end
Its not over until you win the race
Life will not be straight, it may bend
*But those that will finish it must keep the pace*

## Today is the key to your future
Are you living now or down?
Gather your pieces together and suture
*Eventually, everything you have been through will count!*
