DAIRY GAME//HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS SOFT DADDIES
Hello steemians, hope your enjoying your cold weekends. The Sunday is so cold in that am having abed sheet, blanket, and duvet. But thats all God's nature.

So today i came to talk about how to make those crucky soft daddies. I learnt how to make these breakfast solids from my mum.
We shall talk about the ingredients then the process. But the first ingredient we need is your happiness. Make sure your body is happy and peaceful.  

 Lets start with the ingredients needed for the baking:- 
              * Baking floor
              * Baking powder
              *  Milk
              *  Eggs
              *  Lemon or ginger
              *  Cinnamon
              *   sugar
              *   Blue Band or butter

PROCEDURES
    Crack your eggs and add 2 table spoons of blue band and mix until they dissolve.
    In the dissolved mixture, add a cup of unflavoured milk,plus one tea spoon of cinnamon and 1 1/2 tea spoons of baking powder then dissolve.
    Grater your lemon peelings and add them to your mixture  and dissolve.
    Don't forget a quarter kg of sugar into your mixture.   Dissolve until until the sugar particles mix very softly.
     Now we can Add our baking floor to mix softly until its ready. we  normally realize its ready only   until it can no longer get onto your hands as your mixing. The out come of the mixture is normally referred to as DOUGH.

The dough is covered with a polythene bag for over like 10-15 minutes. This is to help your daddies be softer with the polythene warmth.
      Make rollings in the dough and make small cubed doughs of over like 2cm.

   If ready, they can now be added  into boiled cooking oil until they turn yellow.

   Keep them in an open space

and allow them to cool down. Then keep them in a closed place like a polythene or a tin

   You can now enjoy your spiced  breakfast with a cup of coffee
