<p>We all have that day in our life that makes us feel miserable, makes us feel defeated and makes us want to die. We say its the worst day of our life. Now imagine going experiencing that day and you finally go to bed hoping for a better day tomorrow, but guess what, it repeats again and again. The protagonist of today's movie is Phil connors. Phil is a news reporter and is a very cocky person, your eyes starts to roll when you listen to what Phil is talking. Phil is sent to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania to cover the annual GroundHog Day, which Phil hates to his core, because basically he hates everyone, but him. </p>

<p>Phil's worst day starts with his news producer Rita Henson, after struggling through the day looking at people holding hogs and lot of noise around Phil finally goes back and sleeps. Next day he wakes up and it feels like last day was just a dream. He is still in the same town and he what ever happened last day is repeating in the next day. Finally, the day is over and when he wakes up the next day Phil is again in the same loop. "Ground Hog" day is a story of how Phil breaks out of the loop.</p>

<p>After watching the movie I felt great, it was one of the funniest movie that I had ever watched. But, after few day I just realized that there was a deeper meaning to this film.When you go down to the basics of the story of this film. It actually tells the literal story of most of the people all around the world. We all have jobs that we hate and we do the same thing everyday and one fine day we die. If you think closely we are all a part of an endless loop with no hope of getting out of it. Getting out of it feels dangerous, and we feel secured being in the loop.</p>

<p>Phil tries to get out of the loop by doing different things. Finally he gives up and he kills himself. But, agiain he wakes up in the loop. The movie shows how the loop is holding Phil into itself and how it is driving him crazy just like how our lives drives us crazy. Phil kills himself multiple times, but he is stuck.</p>

<p>What this movie tries to tell is that the only way to get out of the loop and get a better life is by doing something that matters to you the most. Will Phil ever find that thing? That you need to find out after watching this film. But, trust me the answer might surprise you. </p>
