**INGREDIENTS FOR THE MIX**
+ 2 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
+ 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
+ 1 tablespoon of baking soda
+ 1 teaspoon of salt
+ 1 tablespoon vanilla
+ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
+ 1 and 1/2 of sugar
+ 1 tablespoon vinegar
+ 1/2 cup of oil
+ 2 eggs
+ 1 cup of milk
+ 100ml of warm water

+ 2 Egg whites
+ 1/4 cup sugar

♡Add in the milk, vanilla and vinegar, then you should reserve the mixture.

♡To prepare it, we use a bowl where we will proceed to sift the wheat flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, mix until homogeneous.

<div class="text-justify">♡Once all the previous steps are completed, the wet mixes are added to the dry mix, alternating between 1 and 2 progressively, until they are exhausted, then the 100 ml of warm water is added until a final mixture is achieved.The result obtained from the preparation is poured into a floured mold and placed in the oven previously heated to 180 ° C for approximately 40 min. This time could vary depending on the capacity of the oven to be used.</div>
