<p>I am heavily into cryptocurrencies. </p>
<p>If you are reading this, you probably are too.</p>
<p>Any time I talk about crypto to people who have not dipped their toes in the water yet, I always get the same objections: it's not real money, even if it works the government will ban it, it's a scam, blah, blah, blah.</p>
<p>Fortunately, the Law of Disruption works in our favor.</p>
<p>It's simple really. Once something is 10 times better and 10 times cheaper, then it will win over the old system. That's where we are with crypto.</p>
<p>While I am sitting here waiting 3-5 days for funds to settle in my PayPal account, I could be moving money around in seconds with worldwide agreement using a blockchain cryptocurrency.</p>
<p>There are entrenched interests that have to be overcome. So it will take time as they thrash their tentacle and gnash their teeth as they sink beneath the waves of obscurity.</p>
<p>Time will tell.</p>
