[sagoda] 걱정해도 안풀리는 일들

우리들은 항상 걱정을 하고 살아갑니다. 이게 어떻게 될지, 저거는 어떻게 될지.

혹시나 이렇게 되면 어떻하지? 혹은 저러면 어떻하지?

하지만 걱정하는 요소의 대부분이 지금의 내 능력으로 할수없는것이 대부분이고, 지금 당장 뭔가를 해야 되는건 아닌것들이 많습니다.

즉 필요없는 일에 계속 소모적인 일을 하고 있는거죠.

저도 지금 현재 내일일을 걱정하고 있습니다. 오늘 할수 있는 준비작업은 이미 다 해놓고 말이죠.
이론적으로 준비작업을 다했다면 더 이상 오늘 할일은 없고, 일찍자고 일찍일어나는 일만 남았는데, 내일 어떻게 될까에 불필요한 걱정을 하고 있는 겁니다.

알면서도 이렇게 되는 이유는 무엇일까요 켁.

전... 오늘 할일도 다 못 끝내고 내일 해야지 하면서... 정신줄을 놓고 살고 있는것 같네요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ  는 농담이구요.

일부러 사서 걱정은 안하는 편이라... 그냥 놀땐 놀고 일할땐 일하자 마인드로 살고 있습니다.
