Today was kind of funny as I decided to go out around the neighborhood with my wife again. However, I was wrapping up a call when she left and since I wanted to jog a bit today, I told her that I would catch up to her in a couple of minutes. Little did I know that she decided to jog a bit as well! As I noticed that I was not catching up with her, I increased my pace because I did not want to catch up with the time being over. I was going well over my normal pace which got me exhausted after 10 minutes. By that time, I could see her at a distance doing intervals and jogging!
