Feeling incomplete without tracking more stats this morning as I went for my normal route. Since I have done the route for a couple of weeks now, I knew when the 5K was up despite not having the GPS active. A little bit under 35 minutes which is consistent despite not pushing for more or less. This week will be challenging with everything happening in all aspects of family life but hope to get back to some routines with a push forward for more.
