Dear Steem POD Team

It is my delight to make my weekly report to you are a requirement for a country representative. This week under consideration has been a wonderful one that is filled with Activities. Please see what I was able to do as a country representative of my country, Nigeria as presented below.


### AS A GREETER IN NEWCOMERS ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM

This week under review, I did an amazing job as a greeter. I was able to greet the newcomers that made Introduction post, corrected the Achievement posts that need to make some corrections before verifications and directed the users to their next Achievement posts level. ✓  As a curator with @steemcurator03, I was able to do the job to the best of my abilities and to the extent the account could carry.

### I ENCOURAGED ENGAGEMENTS AMONG STEEMIANS

* I did this by hosting a contest that is all about engagements. The tittle is **Engage with others, make friends by being a good friend**. It is geared towards encouraging Engagements. * The WhatsApp group and telegram groups I created for all the communities I am working for are also part of engagement programs where we chat and know each other the more. 

* I as well Introduce the women steemians weekly to the @steemwomensclub Community to foster both Engagements and encourage my fellow african women to remain active.  ### MY PROJECTS

This week was a very wonderful one for me in my steemit Journey. I lunched a new Community that is heated towards connecting the kids through steemit. The name of the community is [steemkids community](https://steemit.com/trending/hive-139765). We are grooming the growing kids to become future steemians. For instance, my boy and son has already chosen a steemit Username for himself which is @zhuhui, which is the Chinese meaning of his name Wisdom. And my girl and daughter has her own Username too which is @caifu which is a Chinese meaning of her name Fortune. So when we groom them this way, becoming future steemians will not be hard for them. 
I have hosted contests there and we are getting amazing Results. 

### CONNECTING AND MEETING UP WITH STEEMIANS IN MY CITY OF RESIDENCE AND TARABA STATE

* This week, I connected through zoom vedeo conferencing in oder to meet up with steemians in Taraba Staten Nigeria. @simonnwigwe has organized a 3 day seminar to recruit users in his state of residence which is Taraba State. He had an amazing Results in that  in that a total of 24 new users signed up. On the last day, he requested that I please talk with these ones to encourage them. I did and they were all happy to speak with me

* Just today,I decided to also meet with a group of steemians in my city of residence who I didn't know that they were in Uyo. I got to find out when one of them, @paulyoung drew a portrait of me and tagged me sometimes ago. I was amazed at the number of steemians they are recruiting. I made up my mind to locate them. I did so within the week and we then decided to have a weekly meet up there in their art studio to enable us have a full house.
