第一，管理者要具备踏实的办事能力、强烈的服务意识与社会责任感，能够不断提高自身的管理能力。

 

第二，管理者要具备领导的艺术和良好的工作作风。团结、沟通是管理工作的永恒主题，任何一个管理者不仅要团结与自己意见一致的人，也要团结那些与自己意见不一致的人。

 

第三，要站在公司的立场上选拔干部，决不能站在局部小团体、小帮派的立场上选拔管理者。

 

第四，管理者必须具有培养超越自己的接班人的意识，具有承受变革或调整的素质，这是企业源源不断发展的动力。
