  <li>Live below your means. Don't brag and try to impress people.</li>

  <li>Set dreams + goals and work towards them.</li>
  <li>Avoid toxic relationships.</li>
  <li>Get disciplined and be consistent.</li>
  <li>Don't be lazy.</li>

  <li>Don't spend money you don't have.</li>
  <li>Take risks but only when it's an acceptable risk. By not taking any risks at all you will always lose.</li>
