Can you explain all these accounts I see called "minnow support" and "minnow boost"? Are these scams? Do you have to pay for someone to boost you? Is it worth it?? (Sorry, I know that's more than one question, but it's all one topic). Thanks!!!

Minnow Support is not a scam. It's run by a trusted Steemian, @aggroed. He's a very good person. As far as the vote buying projects, I'm not a fan, but I have tried them out. I think they can be useful for a little bit, like a little help, but they should not be depended on long-term. I would not really advise using them very miuch.
