After my pizzery weekend (thanks for all the awesome comments on that post by the way, I super super super appreciate it), I've been right back into training and my diet. I think I'm actually going through the 'keto flu' today which means I feel a bit crappy while my body transitions from fueling from carbs/glucose to fueling on fat. I also got a very stern reminder that my workouts are not at all balanced... and my shoulders, neck and back are suffering from the lack of attention and all my dodgy computering... it's a vicious circle, I can't train nearly as much, so I do more computer stuff which mucks up my body more. Good reminder to go and use your body.
