연습을 하다보면 돼!

얼마 전 부터 첫째(을)이 항상 와서 말합니다.

을 : 아빠 달리기 연습하러 가면 안돼요?
쿨쿨 : 달리기?
을 : 달리기를 잘하려면 어떻게 해야 해요?
쿨쿨 : 체력이 좋아야지. 그리고 연습해야지

그래서 팔굽혀펴기할때 같이 시키고
단지 옆에 학교에 가서 달리기도 하고
학교 픽업 갈때도 운동장에서 달리기를 했습니다.

그런데 왜 달리기를 잘하고 싶어 하는지 궁금해서 아내에게 물어봤습니다.

그랬더니 체육대회를 앞두고 연습을 하는데(을은 1학년)
이어달리기(계주)를 연습하고 나서 2학년 오빠가 을에게
>2학년 오빠 : 너 때문에 졌잖아!

이 말에 상처를 엄청 받았나봅니다.

그 이후 학교에서 쉬는시간이나 놀때도 애들이
아이들 : 을아 같이 놀자~
을 : 안돼 나 달리기 연습해야해!

혼자 달리기 연습을 했다고 합니다.

드디어 체육대회날..
이어달리기(계주)를 하는데 을이 속해 있는 팀이 뒤쳐지고 있습니다.
을이 바톤을 받고, 역전을 했습니다.

우와~!!!
열심히 연습을 한 성과가 있구나..

많이 칭찬 해줬습니다.

그런데....
을이 그림 그리는걸 좋아해서 (그 나이때는 다 그렇습니다)
저 보고 그림을 그리자고 합니다.
참고로 저는 그림을 정말 못 그립니다.
그래서..
쿨쿨 : 아빠는 그림을 진짜 못그려서...그냥 다른 놀이 하자!
을 : 아빠! 열심히 연습하다 보면 돼요! 저도 달리기 잘 못했었는데 열심히 하니깐 됐잖아요!

제가 그림을 못그리는것은 연습이 부족한 탓!....

10년 전에 찍었던 사진인데 여기 성당은 다 공사가 되었는지
궁금해서 떠나고 싶네요
(절대 그림 그리라고 해서 혼자 떠나고 싶은게 아니라는걸 강조하고 싶군요)
