Bienvenidos hoy me anime a participar en el concurso #19 de steemfoods, donde nuestro estimado amigo @alikoc07 nos pide un pastel por el día especial de las madres. 🌷🌷

A mi madre le encanta la torta de chocolate, con topping de chocolate y mas chocolate, por eso realice un brownie húmedo con arequipe y maní con unos detalles de chocolate.

<center> * 180 gramos de harina de trigo.</center>
<center> * 450 gramos de azúcar.</center>
<center> * 5 huevos.</center>
<center> * 100 gramos de cacao en polvo.</center>
<center> * 180 gramos de Mantequilla derretida.</center>
<center> * Maní (opcional).</center>

<div class="phishy">Paso 1:</div> en un tazón agregamos la harina junto, al azúcar y mezclamos.

<div class="phishy">Paso 2:</div> Incorporamos la mantequilla fundida y los huevos uno a uno y mezclamos hasta unir todo con un batidor de mano.

<div class="phishy">Paso 3:</div> Añadimos el cacao, junto al maní y si es de tu gusto le colocas alguna esencia, licor, o leche si es de tu agrado, se sigue integrando.

<div class="phishy">Paso 4:</div> Una vez la mezcla ya lista se engrasa un molde con mantequilla y harina de trigo y se vierte la preparación para llevar al horno aproximadamente por 25 minutos.
