안녕하세요 @noisysky 입니다.

제 기억상의 냉동삼겹살은 구우때  살작 누루스름한 거품이 나고 아주 저렴했던걸로....

근데 요즘 냉동삼겹살이 다시 유행이죠.
>유행이 지났나요 ?

그래서 저도 먹으러 갔습니다.
아이들이 좀 커서 고기집이라는 곳을 가게 되네요.

**부추삼겹살**

처형이 아주 맛있다고 해서 저희도 가봤습니다.
계산은 처형이 ....

옛날엔 냉동삼겹살이라고 하면 무척 싼고기였는데
지금은 급냉을해서 고기가 더 좋아서 그런지 생고기랑 별차이가 없거나 더 비쌉니다.

추억의 냉동삼겹살에는 추억의 불판에 구워야 하죠.
군대때 보던 고기 불판!
불판에 은박지 ~ 역시 냉동삼겹살엔 요 불판이죠.

고기를 좌우로정렬 시키고 옆에 부추도 같이 굽습니다.
삼겹살에 나오는 기름과 부추의 조합!
보기만해도 침나오지 않나요 ?

고기가 어느정도 구워지면 버섯도 옆에 나란히 넣습니다.

삼겹살의 맛을 먼저 느껴봅니다.

깻잎과 마늘 삼겹살 그리고 부추를 같이 넣어서 싸먹습니다.

상추랑도 같이 싸먹어 봅니다.

역시 마지막은 볶음밥으로 마무리합니다.

바닥에 누릉지가 생길정도로 불을  확~
제일 마지막에 바닥에 붙은 누릉지를 긁어먹으면 ~
