An Embarrassing Memory On Video: Me Performing In The German Play "Aschenputtel" (Cinderella) In 1996

It's been 10 days since I last posted one of my now infamous VHS clips. I've be nostalgically converting old tapes from my High School days into digital form and have a real treat for you this time around.

This offering is a production of Cinderella put on by my German class in year 11 (1996) in the hall of my High School. I, your humble @nolnocluap, was deemed comical enough at the time to be cast in the role of Cinderella's mother.

You'll recognise our German teacher at the time at the start of the clip, the much loved Frau Keller who we mercilessly pranked [here](https://steemit.com/movies/@nolnocluap/the-art-of-filming-an-interview-also-how-to-trick-your-high-school-teacher-old-school-style).

The play is in German, but don't let that deter you. At under 7 minutes, it's only short  and anyone with a vague recollection of the story line will be able to follow it. 

One of my mates at the time did a great job of pulling off Cinderella's sister; wig malfunctions and all. The vocals are Grammy Award material.
